Q. I have several products. Will the amounts be combined?
A. If you include them in a single quote, the discount rate will be applied based on
the total amount.
Q. If I have one manual translated into multiple languages, will the amounts be combined?
A. Yes. The amounts for all languages are combined.
Q. My source files are InDesign or Illustrator files. Can you work with them?
A. In some cases, yes, but our representative will need to check them first.
If design editing is not possible, we extract the text into a separate file, such as an Excel spreadsheet,
and deliver the translation alongside the original text.
Q. Do you accept requests during the Chuseok holiday?
A. Yes, we do. Inquiries received during the holiday (9/24~9/26)
will be answered in the order received starting Monday, September 28.
