Freelance English Translator (Native Speaker)

Job Description

Korean-to-English translation and review of various official documents/corporate documents, technical documents, etc.

Qualifications (Required)

Native English speaker residing in Korea

Korean proficiency at a certain level or higher

l Must be able to communicate in Korean and read and understand Korean sentences without difficulty

l Korean writing ability is not required

Experience in translation/review

Holder of a visa that permits legal employment in Korea, or permanent residency/citizenship

Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications

Trados license holder

Responsible commitment to completing assigned work

A clear understanding of maintaining terminology consistency

Familiarity with Microsoft Word
